True, they have nothing but time right now. I wondered if Phillips ever gets out of the doghouse. Maybe someone is crazy enough to trade a fifth for Tinordi. Maybe they can finally move Murphy. But I can't imagine a scenario where someone takes Zaitsev. It would have to be the most insane market ever for defensemen for anybody to even begin to entertain that.

You saw that too- and that last keep in was directly the result of red 88 hugging a Hawk player at the right point (presumably a winger- but you never know these days)... for some reason that just seems like it is a penalty considering the puck was nowhere near there.

One play decides that he’ll never be worth his draft slot? He’s a rookie, on a terrible team, there’s no support on defense of offense, he’s timid right now and plays that way getting rid of pucks so he doesn’t get hit. I don’t think he’s very good defensively, hopefully that improves but hes at least two or three years away before his game can be fully assessed.
