it's a little more useful, especially because bader uses players that experienced similar career arcs, so the hit percentages are higher, but it's still amateur poker.

At the time, I agreed tbh. If the kid didn't have the heart issue, he'd have likely been in the NHL producing a year ago too. Rossi has cooled down a bit with only a couple points in his last 7 games, but kid is still a gamer. That 2020 draft is turning into an absolute monster of a class, no McDavids, but a tonnnnn of top liners.

Believe it was a road rage incident that wasn't derived from sports.

Mitts is mediocre, this is the best he will ever be. On a good team he is a legit 2nd/3rd line winger...that's it.

Trading JJ should be off limits as he is the only one showing consistent growth in his game. Cozens/Quinn should be on the block before JJ due to availability and development.

Mitts who isn't signed and is gonna get payed, if you want to build for know then Konecny fits. And he fits the fiesty side too. Bonk is for the future and is a former 1st rnd pick and a RD to boot. They are murrency in the NHL and cost a bit more. And I said you might have to add to it and it's looking like that could be the case. Seems to be that they want to keep both players anyway in the Sim I did

Mitts and Konecny likely have similar comps. So maybe you pay a mil more for Mitts on that one year deal, but then both are up for grabs...Konecny likely getting a bit more.

I thought there was a maximum $amount your contract could increase from your previous contract? I dont know all those little rules anymore though. MyGM mode days are over.

I agree one of Mitts/Cozens gotta go in the coming future. And whomever it is should be bringing in a proven top 4D IMO not a future. Especially if your adding in a Peterka.

Bonk could be a huge wall of a d-man in 4-5 years but at that point this whole core will have moved on.

Combining 2 half seasons is an interesting way to measure value. Adams might be dumb enough to look at it that way.

He played well for half a season last year, and points are irrelevant this season as he is part of a team that has completely failed, in every measurable metric. He doesn't stand out at all, I have to look for him on the ice.
