Well I don't think it would take Long at all if they brought in the right People and Leadership with some Pedigree. There's talent here, they need those finishing hard nosed grit players that have done it. Not SirFallsAlot or Retired man.

* a 1A/B Goalie

- the Coaching Staff sucks and the team will go nowhere with them
- why are you trading a playing asset for a future...they need to make the playoffs now
-screw the system, the players can't play Defense..just lean into all Offense All the time
-this player x,y &z doesn't know how to play D, get rid of them and trade for guys who can

I've said it before and it rings true that they are playing pond hockey..and that is a reflection of a coaching staff that is so far in over their head it is friggin comical at this point.

Ii watched for maybe 15 minutes last night before turning it off...same old poop different team..let them walk right in order some crumpets and tea in front of our net.

Adams needs to step in and fire everyone on the staff..if he needs to save Granto cause of the 2 year extension ...then get competent Asst's and make Donnie a friggin cheer leader
