They don’t clear the net, they aren’t aggressive challenging zone entries at our blue line. They collapse and turtle almost immediately. It almost looks like the other team has a power play all the time. I have no idea how you can have 5 guys in a box in front of your goalie, and STILL be terrible at clearing the front of the net. This is way beyond not having a system in place. This is fundamental stuff. No fire, no pride. It’s a dumpster fire.

You would be fired after 3 seasons of missing the playoffs with that plan.

Tage was useless with that brace, add another 9 games on (that's how long he wore it).

Cozens only missed two games, but is obviously still suffering from that. His production literally fell off a cliff afterwards.

Tuch has been injured all year and is playing through it.

Meanwhile, you're comparing them to one of the deepest and best teams in the league...yeah, there's going to be differences. When Tage got injured, we played Tyson Jost on the top line, when Barkov got injured, they gave more minutes to Reinhart and Lundell...these things are not the same.

I had 2’ steel drill-bit with a finger in a twisted shredded glove wrapped around it, in the front seat of an Uber when I took him to the hospital (quicker than an ambulance- 5 minute drive to mount Sinai) they are going to to put it back on.

Taking Quinn out of this discussion due to the severity of his injury… Cozens and Thompson were terrible before their injuries. Coming off career highs and heightened expectations… they failed miserably… as did Tuch and most every player on this team outside of Benson and maybe Skinner and Casey

I think Levi could be fine by next year. Maybe even late this year, if they had anything meaningful to play for. It's a huge jump going from college to the pros schedule wise. He just needs some time to settle in. He's already had some great games for the Sabres.

It not acceptable. No excuse for totally ignoring 2/3 of the ice. We need a coach who will bench dahlin the next time he decides to pinch his own blue line for no good reason and it ends up in the back of the net

Dahlin can smash his stick all he wants when levi lets in a soft goal but he got beat on that play stuck out of position

However you slice it this coaching staff is beyond its worth here and the GM failed this roster miserably. Betting on a rookie goalie when you have playoff expectations should get you fired when it doesn't work.

There is a laundry list of reasons adams shouldn't be employed here anymore. A couple of decent contracts and what appears to be some solid drafting doesn't make up for it
