Greenway has played 92:01 shorthanded this season, 20th among NHL forwards, and been on for 8 goals against.

That averages out to 5.22 GA/60, the 2nd-best mark among those 20 forwards. #LetsGoBuffalo

Yeah he should be relegated to 4th line duties. Should of been there from the start in place of one of the old boys.

But to say he does nothing for this team is a completely wrong statement. One of the best SH players in the entire league.

Started real hot on that 3rd line at the beginning of the year. Faded out. But continues to be one of the best SH players in the entire league.

My guess is they know Vrabel means immediately expecting results and Mayo allows a transition or a couple years of losing with built in excuses

I picked the winning lane….no one from the Sabres is here though.

Since Jack Quinn’s return, the Sabres are 5-4-1 and rank 9th in the NHL with an xGF rate of 54.29%.
