I expect he'll have success in Philly. They are peerless up front.

If there's one thing McDermott doesn't deserve blame for, it's the defensive playcalling. You could argue he could have schemed up some better pressure from the defensive line on Sunday, but given what they were missing on defense, the only way they were going to win that game was Allen outperforming Mahomes and it didn't happen.
