Nygard is a solid prospect to, could fit, and I wouldn't usually think about it but D!ckinson is pretty solid Hockey player.

Sam went through the same thing and found a home down low/inside. Wish they'd try that with him.

It is possible for Ottawa, Montreal, Minnesota to all pass us. Barring a jarring climb, I suspect Ottawa and Minny do, leaving the Sabres to pick 6th or so.

What would you think about swapping Greenway for Garland? I think Vancouver will want to keep Lindholm, that's a ton to pay for a rental. They've got a ton of guys to resign, freeing up a couple mil might be enticing.

Sucks because I want them to keep turning there games around and put some Wins together. But we are at the point where I wouldn't mind a top 10 pick either. It's a really nice piece in a trade if need be and there's some Good prospects available in that 4 to 10 range.

So...apparently the Atlanta Thrashers thing is happening. Are we watering down the talent too much at this point? Them and Houston get added and it's more money for ownership, but a worse product for the fans. I'm of the mind we have enough teams and should slow the roll here...
