Honestly- If a team wanted Dahlin and the offer was beneficial to the Sabres- I would trade him. I think his contract makes him null and void because no team would give adequate value due to the term and amount per year plus the amount that a team would give to acquire him. Every other player is available in my book

I ask this only becuase we moved my Favorite D man .. Drysdale and a 2nd.. but would you guys have done Power or Dahlin for Cutter and do you think KA even inquired to Danny B about it ??

No, Drysdale isn't in Dahlin's League. And with Power I think that pick comes to Buffalo.

Highly doubt this, Cutter is a great prospect, but we shouldn't pretend it can't absolutely fall apart at the pro level. He doesn't have the games to warrant that much value, IMO.

Personally, I doubt he did. We'll never know, but if we traded a big name off the roster, for a prospect, at this point...we'd storm the castle.

There are zero untouchable players on this team. With the huge caveat that I do not trust KA to make these trades.

I understand he’s not going anywhere. Because we signed him to a ridiculous contract that he will never live up to. But you feel he’s worth 2-3x the value of Gauthier… 13 years of failure will lead people to see things this way. Power is nothing more than a cupcake who will collect $8 million dollars per year going forward. Just lump him in with every other bad contract Adams has given 😂

This is Great!
Theyom seem to be on a roller coaster year by year for how much the are out of it.
This year was "average" ( did not do the mathu, just eye test).
We should expect to be out of a PO spot by say 3-6 pts next season!!

A 21 year old consensus #1 is worth a lot more than a prospect who was a consensus reach at #5. You just don't like him.
