Just because things used to be (also) toxic, doesn't mean that's positive. There's what, 10-15 posters regularly? If people get fed up and leave, there's no one coming to replace them. There used to be a lot more posters but people left because.. shock.. it was toxic as fuck

Like I said, I've been around a bit longer than you. This has been happening for over a decade, it comes and goes away on its own. The reason HB is losing posters/readers is because the site is an outdated POS to tell you the truth. Mak's a good guy, you don't need to run to him when you see comments you don't like. I'd just worry about writing the blog, not policing it.

It comes and goes but it usually reaches a point and needs to be reset. Flag buttons haven't worked for years, mods aren't here to help clean things up and give people a rest. I would venture to guess that if Mak was here regularly it wouldn't have gotten to that point and some people/posts probably would have been removed.
