When is AA coming back? He'd be an improvement over the players we've been talking about as inadequate linemates for Bedard, and that's not saying much. I'm remembering when Bedard fed him for that game winner in a preseason game, how he flew down the ice and converted that lead pass.

What are those film sessions like? The coaches much be pulling their hair out. We talk sometimes about how the Hawks have a good guy for developing defenders, but what about the forwards? What's going on there, anybody? They're going to have to bring back Kaner this summer. They need a guy who can unlock all that Bedard can bring.

I think Slaggert replaces Entwhistle. Sign Domi and Bertuzzi and put them with Bedard. Nazar probably next year but Moore needs at least another college year. I could see Rinzel at the Rock next year.

Rinzel likely has two more college years left before going to Rockford. Still young. Still raw (especially defensively), still needs to fill out.
