If they replace all the free agents after this year with $1m players theyll be $3m closer to the cap than they are right now. They'll be up against the cap next year already with just a couple slight raises beyond that. Then the jjps quinns Byrams and levis of the world will all be due raises the year after.

We have witnessed the slow play develop through the draft ride right into another rebuild here. It really is an impressively inept feat to plan implement and see through to fruition. Broken clocks have better odds of being correct than adams did of (frank)ing this up. A level of failure that we probably will not see again in our lifetimes. Soak it up!
