Now let me educate you. The Frost of earlier this season when put in that situation would never had made that choice. He would have skated around the perimeter looking to make a pass. On that play Frost took that puck at the blue line and his eyes were locked on the net as move forward, waiting for the right moment and then wristed a shot top shelf. Watch the replay .. look at Frost's head and eyes .. this to me marks real development in the player, not just as a playmaker but as a scorer. - jd250
So you're going to educate with complete speculation and fantasy. Instead of looking at what actually happened and properly evaluating that. I stopped reading at that point and laughed.

two careless penalties by Frost in this game .. he needs to clean this up and take better care of his stick. |

He was the one who recognized the action in front of the goalie. So yes he certainly deserves credit, it was a smart play - ClaudeFather
Yes he deserves credit for taking a shot. Cant hurt to take the shot. Smart? Not really. Nothing else going on just throw it on net. Anything can happen. Give credit for the most basic of basics? Okay fine. Like I said he really had really very little to do with it. Sorry I don’t give kudos for the most basic of basic obvious plays by nhl level players.

Flyers out shooting the Leafs and playing a good counter punching game against an obviously more skilled team. The Flyers also blocking a lot of shots. - jd250
Shot attempts in the 2nd period were 31-15 Leafs and scoring chances 16-6 Leafs.

Again, he had a major surgery and missed almost two full seasons. Yet you expect him to bounce right back as a 1C. You can't seem to grasp that. Couturier played very solidly in the first half of the season. - MJL
I NEVER expected anything to start with. Why would I expect him to “bounce back”?
Pretty sure I was clear you don’t sign a turning 30 year old with 10 years on body who career season high 76 points was previous 2 years ago to 8 year extension for many many reasons.
Take away the injury and missed 2 years.
Take away this season “bounce back”
I never thought he was worth the extension from day 1
He was worth the trade assets that they passed on like morons.
And I’ve been proven right every single day that that extension began.
And will be proven right until it expires.
No amount of excuses will change those facts |

Wrong about what? - jd250
When he doesn't win the Jack Adams, are you going to admit you are wrong? You have touted him the JA winner since November. When he doesn't win the JA trophy, and say Tochett or Knoblauch win it, will you be a man and admit you are wrong? |

You're not making sense. If you're judging him and calling him cooked prematurely. Then you were indeed expecting too much too soon. End of story. We've exhausted this again.

True…. But some are completely buying into this farce team. And everything they say. Just sheep - Stayin alive
I wouldn’t classify them as a farce…more like playing above their heads. There are some positives I didn’t expect….but a long way to go. |

All that matters is that I'm normally right and you're normally wrong. You tried to claim that you were going to educate me with something that didn't happen. Something that you think might have happened or something that you delusionally thought. Your response was unintelligent and not based on the reality of what happened.

You said the same stupid thing last year claiming that he was the hands down winner. He didn't get a single vote. You have no standing. You're a blind homer.
