the traffic in SLC is insane. Whenever we drive through it, I plan to do it at either 5 am or after 11pm. its a ridiculously long corridor too.

Last year they rested Mitch against Tampa in game 81 and he didn't reach 100 points, which I think pissed him off a bit. I think with Matthews in pursuit of 70, Willy in pursuit of 100 and perhaps most importantly the team in pursuit of home ice over Florida, they probably play it out and try to enter the playoffs on a roll.

There are certainly advantages to resting guys, but like last year, did Mitch sitting in game 81 and playing in game 82 really do anything for him physically or mentally? I'm not a sports science guy obviously, but . . . I don't see the advantage while they are all still so young.

"We Want Florida" have 3 games left, Columbus, Buffalo and Leafs. That head to head game will decide who gets home ice advantage.
