He's definitively overpaid but if he can contribute then he's a good vet to have around. You'll always get 100% from him ... good example for the kids.

yup, there are still some hefty contracts left but they'll eventually manage to establish their new salary structure... I don't think Evans or Newhook represent issues in this regard.
