With Chytil in the fold… Id consider something like…
CK, Zib, Wenn
BLT
Cuylle, Chytil, Kakko
Vesey, Goodrow, Roslovic
This isnt to say Wennberg has ever played RW, but to me he seems like a swiss army knife kinda player. |

The energy the crowd would bring for Rempe’s first playoff game would be great. The energy the team would bring seeing Chytil back out there with them would be great also. I still think you dress Rempe game 1 and see how it goes from there. |

Lets talk Panarin. I was a young adult when the Rangers won in 1994. Mark Messier is my favorite all time player. I wear his Jersey at all important games at MSG. I have never seen a better season than the one that Artemi just had nor have I seen one player dominate and control a game like he does. Thats just me. |

It’s Jagr but Panarin is right there with that season jagr had. Different styles |

I think Panarin’s was better. Jagr’s season was inflated because of how many penalties they called in 2005-06 season |

yeah- sound more correct and I like it - has Chytil ever played LW? I know he plays RW - Greschnergy#4
Not that I remember, at least not in NY.
But, it's a lot easier for a center to move to either side, than for a LW to switch to the right. |

Also puts the guys whose cranial health we are concerned about into a more physically demanding and punishing role. 1RW would be much less worrying in that regard, IMO. |

I get the counting stats for Jagr- but Messier in the Cup year was the best for me until this year |

Am I crazy? Jagr was untouchable. Like Shaq in his prime. He just stuck his giant booty out and skated wherever he wanted |

one the all time greats- he did that pretty much for his entire career- but hey this is subjective right?

The playoffs aren't going to get any easier as they role along so if Chytil is ready they have to get him in some of these games.

agree, When has Lavi not immediately inserted someone in? Fox, Lindy and Kakko had serious injuries and got a full slab of minutes their first games back.
i think a coach ( lavi) leaves medical decisions to experts. If they say he's ready- then he goes. |

For sure. I just remember it so clearly. Panarin is a completely different animal and incredible in his own right. I’d take either |

No, of course they aren't. But, there is a very real difference between a sprained ligament or a serious contusion and a string of concussions, right? Let's start there. Do we agree on that? So, there's one additional consideration. Now, am I crazy or is there a difference in style of play between most 1st lines and 3rd lines? So, putting him at center of the 3rd line means he will be in the corners and in front of the net significantly more than on the wing and he would also be playing against grinders and bangers rather than skill players who might be less inclined to consistently play the body.
All of this amounts to "I have no idea any more than you do." But, it makes sense to me!
Either way - LET'S (frank)ING GO RANGERS!!!!!!!! |
