Its kind of amazing how bad the comments section has become. We used to be able to talk about positive and negative things with the Rangers. Now its like (frank)ing romper room where you have two gangs of retarded toddlers fighting over a pacifier. - mdw7413
So this says that he has been coming out of prior practices symptom free. Usually these return to play protocols require "x" number of days that he has to be asymptomatic. I have no idea how the NHL does it. In HS an athlete has to ramp up and be cleared by TWO medical professionals. - Blueshirts4ever
I would assume that this tracks for him being able to play, but The Rangers never are forth coming with stuff like this.

Awesome to see Chytil back. I just don't know how much we can expect from him if he plays in the first round. Hasn't played since what, October/early November? Think he's gonna need some time to get back into game shape.
He is going to play. You don't bring him back and allow him to practice with contact otherwise.
I also don't think they'd risk his health. Clearly he has been given the green light by doctors. The question of game shape is what's left to answer. - Blueshirts4ever
Will he play? Seems that way. Will it be game 1? Id say its a toss up.
All things considered, I think we have the most favorable rd 1 matchup and 1 of either CAR/NYI will be gone by rd 2. Lots to be positive about. - fourtrax23
