yeah, I think they simply don't know what to do, or how to do it. how you must suffer to win, how you must sacrifice your body for the team.
but also true that they're not built for the playoffs. never were. all that money on 4 forwards who all play the same game, no goalie... and a #1 dman who is not a stud defensively, and not goo enough to run the PP! wtf does he do exactly? lol

I wonder if they're still gonna stick to the "core 4" after yet another 1st round exit if that happens again.

at least they scored a (frank)ing goal early in the third, another quick goal and we might have ourselves a game after all...

his helmet size is fine, I think it's just because his face is disproportionately huge compared to the size of his head for some reason lol

yeah, if they ever do finally make some important trades, they should definitely get rid of that shakey leaf, as a symbol of finally distancing themselves from that shakey core four...

I think they'll keep the core, but replace the coach with Torts

there's been whispers about the bruins allegedly losing their last games of the season on purpose in order to face Toronto in the playoffs, it sounds silly but when you look at their matchup history and the game tonight, there might be some truth to it after all, who knows

it's the best combination for them and the worst possible for the laffs... the bruins play with a poop ton of confidence against Toronto, knowing fully well they can beat them, while on the other side the leafs are constantly having doubts about themselves from the moment the puck drops.

The Bruins play as a team with a good defensive system.

The Leafs have no idea what defense means.

if you have to chose between playing the Leafs or TB... you chose TOR every single time. would have done the same.

yeah, as much as I like seeing TOR lose, not gonna lie I'm getting fed up with seeing Boston do well, those (frank)ers just don't want to regress and go down the standings.

at least they haven't been that successful in the post-season in recent years lol

I have the Bruins winning in 7 ... if the Leafs somehow manage to win, I don't expect them to beat either of the Florida teams in the next series. Those teams are too physical for the Toronto pretty boys.

With a new GM in place (Treliving), I just don't see Keefe keeping his job at the end of this season. He has failed too many times already with this lineup.

I agree, and I think Treliving will want to shake things up roster-wise as well, they've been going at it with the same recipe again and again for way too long.

whether he'll be able to make the right moves and avoid making any horrible mistakes remains to be seen, but an important trade or two should be on the horizon if they lose again in the first round.
