Not saying Kulich will be as a good as Quinn, but what he did as a 19 year old across two seasons in the AHL is impressive

Probably not.

I don’t think there are many holes. They have more than enough cap space to play the free agency market and enough ammo to make trades without blowing up the prospect pool.

That’s why I’ve been saying I think all three of Rosen, Kulich, and Savoie can and very well should be NHL regulars at some point next season

I don't see an avenue to making that happen, absent a season ending injury, aside from leaving spots open for some or all of them, or signing replaceable, placeholder players to start the season in positions that Rosen, Kulich and Savoie would eventually take over at some point during the season.

The result would likely mean trading or waiving the placeholders.

So the Sabres built to play that type of 1st period in the Boston game throughout the playoffs that I just watched. Buffalo would get eaten alive! IMO
