Listing Okposo as an example of a gritty player in his rebuttal only further proves that he just doesn’t get it.

Member when the Rangers destroyed their franchise by trading for Kane and Taresenko?

Had they used those assets on someone that helped them this year it would have helped don’t you think ?

I guess perhaps they could have wrapped up the President’s Trophy a little sooner.

Need to win 4 rounds to win the cup.

Wasting premium draft picks to not even wing a playoff series last year and getting the coach fired on top of it isn’t the dig he thinks it is

Nice game by your boys there Rat.
I was happy to see Samson score.

Are the Panthers going to be able to re-sign him? Holy poop their Cap Friendly page for next season is nothing but Red UFA markers, lol.

You’re talking to a guy who takes his poop out of the bow to smell it and then tells everyone how amazing it is.

It ain’t worth it.

Well, your attempted return of the dig wasn’t all that, either. They finished 1st overall this season. We’ll see what they can do this playoffs.

Will all be up to Samson. If he wants money above all else, he’ll be moving on.

Still doesn’t change the fact they traded a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd round pick to win as many playoff series as the Sabres last year and have nothing to show for it moving forward.

Had they parlayed those picks into other assets, they may have been better off for it.

Not rocket science

I mean you came into a thread with your chin held high bringing up a take that in the end made you look like an idiot.

Well they could have wasted the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd on stupidity another way so I couldn’t discount that.

The Leafs have continued to make the playoffs year in and year out.

Maybe had they not traded Seth Jarvis to Carolina to get out of the last year of Patrick Marleau’s contract they may have won more than one playoff round the last few years.

Another example of poor asset management, really that simple

Colorado ranked 25th in the NHL this year in hits thrown. They have thrown 54 hits tonight.

The Sabres finished 21st.

Would the Sabres also throw more hits had they made the playoffs ? We’ll never know.

Whah I do know, is they need to score more goals

Would you attach a 1st round pick to a Jeff Skinner trade to get out of his contract?

keep clifton and bryson as the 2 reserves

A future first rounder ? Without a doubt.

The 11th OA pick this year though I’m trading to improve the roster.

Yes, as long as I think it helps my Team. And I know you don't like that trade and poll you put up. But the player coming back in that trade would help are Team.
