What a beat down the oilers gave LA last night.
Mcd was in beast mode, as fhe kids say.

Never stood a chance.

Gotta keep it up

- Fakepartofme

That series is done in 5 or less. LA is living on a midseason winning streak for getting in. It really helps that you get to beat up cripple teams like the Ducks, Sharks and Kraken.

I do wish onhockey worked on my damn iPhone so I could watch other series atm… at least I’ve got one way to watch leaf games

Why not just splurge on Sportsnet+? $250 for the year, get every single NHL game, all the Blue Jays, and a bunch of other sports.

NHL Centre ice was the same price back when I used to have satellite, and you get a bunch extra with SN+.

You should invest into a good VPN, program a router for a U.S. site, probably New York State and get a Roku stick and set it up for American programming. You can buy into ESPN+ for about $10USD a month. You can stream every hockey game on the cheap. You can even put Roku on a tablet and access it that way.

Oh when I’m home I use a firestick and onhockey.tv works perfectly… I can even watch games from all the other leagues in the world… just doesn’t work on my iPhone at all

Here’s hoping the site I found works for me… so far so good but I won’t be 100% confident about it til 7 lol

If it doesn’t you guys will just have to keep putting up with me lol

Because on my firestick at home I can watch any game from any league for free.

I like hockey and baseball and that’s about it… so the extra sports just makes paying for it feel like a waste to me

nhlwebcast.com works well for me

That’s what I’m hoping… while I’m stuck here in the hospital I’m watching off my iPhone.

In this epilepsy ward they have every little bit of technical things too.. high end video cameras, mics, computers literally reading my brain by the hundredth of a second… but a tv? Nope 👎

I have a firestick too, but I found it was a hassle finding websites that worked.

The SN+ app is trash, but $250 for the hassle of not having to deal with sketchy websites is worth it IMO.

When my wife had a stroke (at age 26) and I took the ride to Saskatoon with her in the ambulance, I didn't really have any clothes or anything with me so went and bought whatever cheap crap I could at the mall quick the next day.

Didn't think about the fact that I was on the neurology ward. Came in wearing a shirt that had all the lettering on it backwards and upside down. Probably freaked a couple patients by accident.

Full recovery, I hope? 26 is insanely young for a stroke.

Then keep him on the fourth line and let his ass walk after next year if he doesn’t agree to a trade. He’ll give in.
- Dozzer

Sorry I meant trading FOR a Marner.

Also, I am not concerned trading a guy like him away. The return is mostly cap moves for the future.

I have sportsnet+, it's great.

The only annoying thing is not being able to add the app to some TV's. It's great for my computers, but annoying through the TV sometimes.

Fair enough… with a firestick tho onhockey.tv works beautifully… it’s just that its absolute poop anywhere else lol

Also don’t like dipping into my savings much which sucks because all the government gives me to be on disability is $1308 a month but at least they cover for my meds. Thankfully we have savings where the interest covers the majority of our bills for now. They think they know what’s still wrong but they just need me to seize some more to get the info specifically. After that the hope is another minor lobectomy to remove a little more scar tissue and then I can work again… hoping to get back into civil engineering but hell at this point I’d just be happy not to be bored during the day.

Yikes… visual stuff is interesting tho… I initially quit doing the indie band thing because I was worried stage lighting would get me to seize live in front of people… learned I was wrong… it can cause a seizure but not an epileptic one. That’s because they know what causes it and that’s the belief making it a psychological issue. Playing in a local cover band for fun these days now so no more touring and whatnot which I don’t miss at all lol

Hope your wife fought through what she needed to tho, it’s never easy dealing with things like that/this.

Agreed. I had to buy a firestick as I couldn't put the app directly on my TV. Also, the interface on the firestick is annoying AF, there is no way to skip ahead fast. I often watch the first period on my phone, then when I get home I want to watch the rest of the game on my TV, and you can only skip ahead 30 seconds at a time, so it takes WAY too long to catch up to the beginning of the second

Have you ever put it in Developer mode and installed Downloader and the subsequent apps from there?

At 26 you get a less tender but more experienced llllllamb. Life is about the trade offs we make.
