Just saw the replay again. Off his angle. A par for the course with UPL. It wasn’t even a hard shot or screen.

UPL also isn’t great at reading the play. He was caught off guard. He’s done that a million times this year

They started their search at the beginning of last week. They signed Ruff yesterday. Their search was no longer than 6 days.

Every single coaching hire they've done over the last 13 years has been a joke. No real process, no thought or effort put into it. Path of least resistance. The easy route.

I agree that $10m serves to restrict what a team can do, but damn it hasn't hurt them thus far.
It is possible that Sam doesn't chase only the money in the off-season.. he'll still get paid handsomely, but maybe he views where he is at as a once in a lifetime situation and takes less to stay.
