Carchidi tweeted out a Konecny for Zegras deal. With other pieces of course. The Athletic also made mention of such a possibility. - MBFlyerfan
Zegras would never see the ice with torts as his coach |

so your saying sanheim has negative trade value?
please clarify what yo mean by a late rd pick for Laughton. - hello it's me 2050
No I am saying that I have heard notihng concrete that Calgary or the Jets want Sanheim. The jets already have 16 million wrapped up in Defense and have forwards they need to resign.
I just find it funny that fans pick teams to trade to.
Laughton is an average run of the mill 3rd liner who is close to 30 years of age and has 1 season of 40 points or more. What makes people think he has good trade value, because he is a good locker room guy? |

It's silly season. The time of year where suggestions are made to trade every player not wanted for all of the other teams best players.
Laughton is the type of player that contending teams would value. Can play win or center. Can play on the PK and move up and down the lineup. Reliable defensively, physical and can chip in offense while adding intangibles such as leadership. All of which is why the Flyers aren't going to trade him.

there was nothing concrete the poster was making a logical trade destination.
laughton is 30+ point player. that has value as he can play up down the lineup in short spurts. |

Especially if they are in charge of a Philly team that has missed the playoffs four years in a row.

Do you think the league GMs blame Laughton for that or the overall lack of talent on the roster? |

I think anyone not named Owen Tippet can be traded.
I hope we see Michkov.
What is the book on Bonk? Some people are making him sound like the second coming of Makar. I thought he had a 2nd pair ceiling.
I'm not concerned with the goalie position. Let's see what Drago's got. - cdearth23
I wouldn't trade Drysdale or York |

That was only because NJ..PENS and ISLES so underperformed . - hfc355 The only team that underperformed out of those teams is the Devils. The Isles are a stale aging team with awful contracts and no help on the way. The Pens virtually stayed healthy this past season and still missed the playoffs. They just don't have any depth after their aging stars. The Devils had injuries and goaltending issues that they waited too long to address.

Still kinda shocked the 40-goal scorer still didn't manage to crack 30-goals. - Tomahawk

Drysdale, York, and MM are the only untradables IMO.
Denver Barkwy is another prospect I value highly, unthoufh not untouchable.
He could be a Danny Briere Jr
