Are they injured?
Why aren't they playing?
I guess I csn check for myself but I'm working and hoping one of these brilliant mofos knows the answer
Edit-- sorry, I just read your response, Bill
Thank you |

Let's play in the real world please. What you are saying is not gonna happen. - WhiskeyMan
Your reply is stupid. The conversation was about trading players and those saying a player like Foerster is untouchable and they wouldn't trade him. I laid out a scenario where it would make sense to trade a player like Foerster. The only current player asset in the organization that should be untouchable is Michkov. |

Great points here and I agree. I really like Foerster, Tippett, and York but would definitely listen and make a move if the price is right. The problem with the Flyers is that nobody is going to want a majority of our players. We have to hope there's an idiot like Chuckles out there that will take on some of our guys, but for those who think we will have a firesale, I think they will be disappointed. - Don Nachbaur
I agree, I don’t expect a fire-sale unfortunately. My goal would be to stockpile as much young talent the next couple years that will be ready to grow with Michkov when he comes over. But my fear is they’re going to take the approach of trying to improve now with good but not great players and Michkov just becomes what Claude Giroux was in the mid to late 2010’s. |

There you go insulting someone again despite your claims that you are respectful to other posters. Is your hero Frosty untouchable? What I'd really like to hear is why you are so willing to die on a hill for Frosty? I'm not a Frosty hater but just trying to get a grasp on why you think he's such a superstar.

Yes, I'd love to look to the future but sadly, that's not the Flyers way. I'm not one to whine about everything they do, but it's a business so they will keep doing their thing as long as they are selling tickets. You hit the nail on the head with the Giroux comparison. I hope I'm wrong but see them in the off-season playing it safe and not doing too much bc we almost made the playoffs.

He still thinks Myers is a tremendous defenseman and that the Coots contract is gonna end up being a bargain. |

Yes sir! It's pure entertainment! He's the most knowledgeable hockey poster of all time....just ask him and he will tell you! I really think he'd be a tremendous asset to his beloved Sabres board.

Or he blows out his knee during game 5 of the season after scoring 7 goals and 3 assists during that 5 game span
Either way, bad luck is flyers luck
Go flyers! |

I don't feel like this will ever be an official "rebuild" with Torts behind the bench....or in the organization in any facet.
The veterans will play more while the rookies ride pine again
I want to see a legit rebuild but it's not going to happen...and that pisses me off because there is no other way to fix this mess |
