You think? Thought I'd heard that but some plastic surgeon came out and kind of disproved some of those theories. |

[quote=kingcong39]Greentree is intriguing.
I don't think I'd take him over any of the well though of defenders, but if none of them are left when the Sabres pick, then...
How would you rank these 3 forward prospects?
That's a good one. I think Catton and Iginla are on pretty even footing, but I put Iginla first even though a lot of the talking heads say the reverse. Greentree is a tier down, but brings a skill set we desperately need. I figure by 11, both Catton and Iginla are long gone.
Hbu? - QuinnFan
You're right there, Tig and Catton will be gone by 11.
If we make the pick it'll be one of
Eiserman
Helenius
Greentree
Yakemchuk
Any of them could be top of lineup players. Each bring a different game and all 4 are different positions.
Eiserman probably the lowest of need at LW but he's most likely the best goal scorer in the draft and hes bigger for his age. Nearly 200 lbs if he isn't there already. He is very intriguing to me.
Helenius is a hard working centerman(can never draft enough of those and we certainly need better ones). Put up good numbers against men at 17, was a ppg player in their playoffs. Only 2 pts at the worlds but only one 17 year old had more than 2 and that was Celebrini.
Greentree seems to be what everyone around these part has been clamoring for in a winger. and hes a RW so position of some need. Anyone know if hes a mean side?
Yakemchuk fills all needs in what we need ina d-man. RH, big, nasty(maybe too nasty?) a lot of offense. |

I would too if he paid me to say that
He had work done, there’s absolutely no way he didn’t have some chiseling done, especially with a supermodel wife.
All celebrities get work done. They all lie about it. You have Halle Berry, Beyonce’ and the entire Jackson Family talking about how proud they are of their black features yet they all butchered their noses and somehow reverse tanned.
So many breast implants, tummy tucks, face lifts, injections, supplements COCAINE, body sculpting, there’s not a single one that is 100% natural. |

I really can't peg Eiserman. He could be Laine or a bust, I'm not sure there's an in between.
Helenius, I haven't watched a lick of recently but probably will after this assessment. Kids who can do it in those pro leagues tend to be sure fire NHLers and we need to keep hitting.
And Greentree agreed, haven't seen him get nasty but he does have a few highlight filmesque hits.
36 liked Yakemchuk, I can see why now. Snarl, snarl and more snarl. With big D men, I'm not sure there's too much snarl. I'd take Cernak in a heart beat and think he's decent comp.
If the draft was tomorrow and you could draft any of the 4...who's your guy? |

I agree that Iginla will likely be gone first among the three.
I think Greentree will still be there, and I've seen enough slightly built forward prospects drop to think Catton may still be there as well.
Overall, think I'd still pick Yakemchuk over them. |

I don't think he was paid, but then again you never know. That being said, you're right, I believe 1 in 2 people in Hollywood have had work done. It's becoming a regular right of passage almost. |

The most common work done that is barely talked about is refining under the chin.

Yakemchuk has only recently begun to lean into his nasty, physical side.
He was primarily an offensive defenseman until this past season.
He had 30 goals and 40 assists in 66 games this past season.
He's Cernak but better. |

Honestly, I could pick a name out of a hat and be fine with whomever came up.
Probably Helenius though. Highest floor, plays C. Already proven against men. |

Can't knock it. Sounds like he's cut from the same cloth as Benson, wonder if they'd pair eventually. He looks like a playmaker from a limited viewing, which I do think we need down the middle. What sets him apart to you? The work ethic, puck hound mentality? |

Edit; some extra days will only let Bennett’s hand/wrist heal more fully |
