That would be my pick but it's so difficult. Too many good teams - MJL
I always make crazy Pascals wagers on parlays like picking all the series winners and stuff. Toronto blew it for me. Would've won $370 on a $10 bet if all my picks went right. I still would need to Dallas to win tonight even if TO won, but its fun while it lasts.
Ill do it again for the next round.

for pure entertainment and to embarrass the flyers will hope the rangers win.
dallas is my prediction - hello it's me 2050
The worse possible scenario for the Flyers would be for the Rangers to win. Our moron management will then go and field a team of 20 Rempes....or worse... 20 NDs |

I might be in the minority, but I am ready to go back to traditional playoff seeding.
Did Marner even go back to Canada after the game? Be veey surprised if he was back next season. - Trox88
I didn’t get to watch most of the series. Was Marner really that bad? |

it would keep ND "relevant" on the team that is for sure. haven't looked forward for a flyers offseason in a while.
As far as Rempe maybe they turn Matteo Mann into a winger..... |

Well, the media was skewering him when they were down 3-1. On the Pasta winner, a lot of media are blaming him for not following Pasta on the dump in. Was Marner lazy or Rielly out of position? Torches and pitchforks point towards Marner.

Laffs have scored 2 or fewer goals in their last 14 playoff games! Their overpaid big boys ain't gettin it done! Canes could have 9 UFAs going into this off season. Hmmm...sounds like they have one last kick at the can with this group. Wonder if Brindy looks elsewhere? The four teams mentioned if Brindy decides to move on are Seattle, Toronto, Vancouver and Philly. Thanks! |

The Rags have lots of high end skill and a world class goalie. They wouldn't be winning anything because of some 6'8" numbskull!

Marner was absolute garbage in the post season. That goal, he was stride for stride with Pasta in the NZ, he acknowledged there was a problem there, let’s him go and by that time pasta is full boar and Reilly who isn’t in great position has absolutely no chance. You get paid $10M+ , it’s not good enough. He was totally irrelevant in game 7. |

Boston ran a set play out of a controlled breakout. Definitely Marner's guy. He hesitated and floated allowing Pasternak to skate by him. Would've been difficult to keep up even if he recognized as Pasternak was coming on a wheel to generate speed. Boston overloaded the one side to draw the defense over and create the open ice space for Pasternak to skate into. The dump in was perfectly placed to create the chance. Pasternak finished. |

It’s a difficult play to defend when executed perfectly.
That play will get dissected and talked about, but the real issue is the leafs averaging less gpg than the capitals in their respective series. Cant happen with the money those guys make. |

thats a better comparison than the Dallas Cowboys......but I'd rather have each of those teams' problems over the Flyers |

We don't have 4 guys costing 40 million. We don't have a guy who scored 69 goals in a season.
Do you see the difference?

I'm not trying to absolve Marner, but is a defensive concept where a winger follows another winger from the blueline to the defensive dot especially with Pasta having a head start? Samsonov just got lost with the puck. It was a perfectly timed play with everything going right for BOS. Fair play to them.
I think this is going to be a busy summer with plenty of hockey trades. Marner will be on the top of the list. Looking forward to it.

I'm hoping Florida loses so the Flyers get a higher pick, but yeah, the Cats prolly win pretty easily from the looks of things. Hopefully playoff Bob from the past shows up and he $hits the bed.

The right play and the right player at the right time for the Bruins.

In most neutral zone forechecking schemes, especially against controlled breakouts. Wingers have weak side checking responsibilities.
