I just hope he's okay.

the best-case scenario imho would be that he took some time for himself, and then came back with a slightly different mindset, not necessarily abandoning every conspiracy he believed in, but just not focusing on them as much and at least acknowledging that there is a lot of bullpoop that isn't worth stressing over at all. that could do him a lot of good.
