Who is your next source Krufrank?

Ed Willis and Ben Kuzma have articles written that Delorme was the guy and Benning quotes.

So who found Petey is one thing let’s move forward & when will Petey find himself?

Thoughts or your guess how he’ll perform against the Oil?
Is he injured?
Is it all in his head?
Have ops figured him out?

I don’t buy it it’s his wingers. Why cuz 10.5m then 11.6m he is accountable 1st before it’s linemates. I do agree linemates matter but it doesn’t paint the entire picture.

In 2014-15 when EP40 was 15 years old and started playing for Timra IK Jr. in Sweden, Ron Delorme had been demoted from Chief Amateur Scout to work under Eric Crawford, who took over as Director of Player Personnel, he was sent to work the roads and scout the WHL in 2013-14. He did not "find" Elias Pettersson.

At 15 he was an under achiever. He didn't bloom until he was 17. Then he was grabbing attention.

I hope both top six lines on both teams are silent. That would mean Canucks are doing their job. I expect the bottom six will have the big impact. That is what I am hoping for.

I think Myers will put in a game winner, Lindholm and Suter also.

That could be a very likely scenario.
That said I don’t see the Oil shutting down lines they are more about speed & transition on the rush. Puck possession & structure will win this one & the Oil PP is only white noise til it isn’t. I leave out goalies stealing the show til it actually happens I see them as either steady or leaky before that.

Where do you come up with this BS? He got called up at 15 years old to play for a junior team, Timra IK Jr., for six games and got 13 points. He was the youngest kid on the team.

The following year he also played for that same junior team but got called up to play pro hockey with 20-35 year old men as a 16 year old in their SWE-1 league. You have no idea what you're talking about, as usual.

Interesting that he is suddenly an expert on the history of a player he very openly does not care for.

B2B jobs in Alberia 12 hours no days off isn't exciting stuff. Not at home & no life other than PO hockey after work then sleep. Rinse & repeat. Done it for decades & semi-retire is around the corner & then onto work maybe a month a year. Then the fun begins or the boredom will kill me. Stay busy around the house & lake.

Golf & snowbirding tons very soon.

“We saw Elias anywhere from 70 to 90 times in his draft year because he was a bit of a late bloomer. In Sweden, they identify top kids when they’re 12 or 13 and when he was 14 and 15, he wasn’t one of those. He came more into his own at 17 when he had a growth spurt.”

FFS do some research man. Go read the Kuzma and Ed Willis articles instead of your Dag Hammarskjöld crap.

You are correct.

I remember hearing Benning in an interview say no it was not Gradin and I will leave it at that. No need for 10 pages on who cares.

- VANTEL

You are correct, either way, they should have fired anyone who was involved in drafting Pouty.

Also, always funny when someone quotes a Daniel Wagner article, not sure who the bigger twit 8s Wagner or Drance.

That's why he was playing pro hockey as a 16 year old against men. Yeah everyone does that, even though he was the youngest kid in the league. He was not an underachiever, he was just skinny so teams had reservations about him.

it wasn't Delorme who found him or even scouted him first. He was working scouting in the WHL.

Just because Gradin seen him play at 14 years old and passed on him does not mean he made Benning take interest in him.
