Woohoo 4-2 Canucks W prediction.

As a heads up I'm gonna be in London the next couple days so the blogs might be a bit more piecemeal.

Guentzel would look great on Pettersson’s wing, such a good player. Build like the Rangers.

I think I mentioned the same thing the other day: what if they traded Hronek and brought in Guentzel...

If you sign Joshua (3.25), Myers (3), Zadorov (4.3), Cole/vet defender (2), Silovs (1.5) and then Guentzel (8.5)... that leaves about 7.6 mil to trade for or sign a top of the line RHD to play with Hughes if you fill the roster in with younger players. You could also resign Hronek to that money, or maybe even keep Lindholm and try to bargain shop for Hughes' partner. I'm sure it'll look nothing like this come next year, and the third line is quite... small... and those numbers probably are too low, but it gets to an idea:

Canucks should win this one, they had time to adjust to Edmonton and should be able to better handle McDavid and Draisaitl. Canucks win 6-3

Also, apples & oranges, Hronek has been a great addition, however, a top six winger is of greater importance at this point. It’s been a tremendous year, really enjoyed it, but there’s room to move things around and be better next season.

I think there will be a bidding war for Guentzel so maybe shift the focus to a Vitrano for Hronek swap as someone suggested on Cap Friendly the other day.

Some options also to target maybe guys like Brandon Montour instead of Myers, Bring home Brenden Dillon instead of Cole.
