Hate to say it, but I can't cook a steak well enough where it isn't at least a little chewy. I think my pans just don't get hot enough and I don't own a grill. But when I make tacos with steak it just ends up being a mess. I would need to make small cubes or something and ain't nobody got time for that.

then cut it up and serve it on soft shells with the "stuff"

Could 1 argue the pool is bigger, which probably makes it more difficult to pick out the good ones?

Always have your hot heads and power trippers but more training (and i don't mean 6 more months, like 2-3 more years) would weed out some of the losers
