My sister lived in San Diego for a decade before moving home. I would go wild on the mexican food every time I visited her. Thankfully Left Coast Taco in East Aurora has filled that San-Diego style Mexican food hole for me (they don't have the proper spicy pickled veg tho)

It’s amazing. I’ve cut back because none of it is particularly good for you, but that’s why it tastes so good. Carnitas, Adobada, Al Pastor(which does not usually have pineapple here), chili verde, posole, carne asada, fish tacos. Chicken mole was a revelation for me. It’s all so goddamn good. The tradeoff is I can’t get a Royal sub anywhere which is really painful, and it’s tough to find a place that has sub rolls like Buffalo does. I guess I’d like to try a stinger too. Those did not exist to my knowledge when I left 20 years ago

I remember a lot of burritos from ETS that I know know were total wypipo food. You can throw mighty taco in that category too. I would be embarrassed to feed a Mexican any of that. It’s worse than bringing an Italian to Olive Garden. Is ETS still open?

Grit has been something talked about for what the Sabres need to take the next step but I see most of the teams that have 2 top end forwards on their roster with an elite defenseman. The Sabres need to get harder to play against but they 100% need more up front

The Sabres have Dahlin but who are those game breaking forwards? Can Thompson be that guy next year in what will be a healthier year? They have Dahlin already but they need that game breaker up front, and those guys don’t grow on trees

You probably saw the article on The Athletic that compared non-plaoff teams to the typical roster configuration for recent SC winners. We can dispute the details, but the overall take away is Buffalo is nowhere near realizing that config at the top end...primarily at the F position.

If I am Kevy, I'd focus on improving on acquiring that high-end talent at F, and leave the D alone to see what Lindy can do there for another season with bringing Power, Byram, Johnson and Sammy along.
