He played at Michigan State this year. Same team as Levshunov the top rated D-man in this draft. He was in the USHL last year in Sioux Falls.

His numbers aren't eye-popping by any means but they were stacked on D, between Levshunov and a bunch of 3rd/4th years. I assume he stays another year. Hes got some potential. And boy do we love potential around here.

Seems like he'll stay for 3, then KA/Next GM are fighting to get him signed. Getting more common.

The crosscheck to McDavid wasn't the worst we saw this season, but that's only 1 game? Crazy to me.

Where does it hit without Zadorov? His neck? It was very high and reckless.

While watching the Marchand video, it occurred to me that almost every single one of those slew-foots is similar to clipping in football. Imagine if an NFL player - say, an OL or WR - did that so many times as to get a video made on him... I imagine such a guy would get blown up by one or more opposing players and would either get the message or be injured so badly he wouldn't play much again.

NHL is always lagging behind other leagues. It's stupid. This is much easier to police than in the NFL.
