no chance in (frank) that waddell replaces adams. but to add him as a second associate GM or, god forbid.. P******** o* h***** o*********. Guy would really help.

A pres with real, winning experience has to be a different conversation than the typical honorary pres with no front office experience that gets kicked around.

and of course while making the comparison, resigned ended up being hyphenated between two sentences in print

I've seen this floating around. Sounds like a "Corey Perry slept with Conor Bedard's Mom" type of story to me.

In February 2024, golf fans noticed that Balionis was no longer wearing her wedding ring and by March 2024 Balionis had removed all references to her former married surname on her social media and television platforms.

Who was Vegas's cheap ELC player last year?

Who was Colorado's the year before?

- sbroads24

Not sure why this has to be so controversial, and why pick 2 teams only? You used VGK as one example and they had $15m in LTIR last season as their way to augment the roster without incurring Cap restrictions...a similar concept although not the same. Not sure that is a great example, lol.
Why not look at the wider sample size of "successful" teams, such as PO teams?

I haven't looked at every team and won't as it isn't worth the effort...and admittedly there are different ways to build those successful teams, however, I still maintain it is beneficial to have solid nhl ready prospects in the mix with a range of vets age and cost wise on a roster...the benefit is those players on ELC's and Bridge Deals allow the team to retain productive veterans who become more costly over time by offsetting their higher cost. In this case, having the talent of an NHL ready 11OA pick is preferable to bringing in a washed vet at the vet minimum.

Dallas, Carolina, Rangers are good examples of having several on their respective rosters. I would guess The Bolts would kill to have a young stud or two now ready to jump on board rather than having to pay Jeannot $2.6m for all of his 14 points this season, or Yakemchuck in 3 years versus either Hayden Fluery or Calvin De Haan.

That's it. If you can't see that, I don't know what to tell you
