same thing in the CAR series but man we just don't get many shots on goal. I get it the ones we do are usually high quality where as CAR just threw everything at the net but man. When it's not working try something different. Instead FLA just outplayed us in a lot of assets of this game.

Florida is the more complete team and it showed tonight. A couple of bounces and posts go our way and we win the game. Rangers will need to be opportunistic with a little luck to win this series

Welp game 2 is must win or we are in big big trouble

i think what's most frustrating is i dont feel like shesty had to make any huge saves like last series. this could've been a 0-0 game going into OT. not gunna be a long series if this is how our offense looks though.

Start of the series was just hoping to come back to New York in game 5 tied 2-2. Like our chances with home ice in a best of 3

Yeah CAR had that take a million shots and hold the puck for 70% of the time while we have it 30% of the time. This was a different (boring) style for sure.

What’s concerning is that with how poor the offense was that 1 goal that florida scored did feel like it was like coming back from a 5-0 deficit. Rangers were manhandled tonight in every facet of the game. We shall see what happens with the lineup for next game.

I said a few weeks ago, at some point u need secondary scoring from ur bottom 6 to make a deep playoff run. I was told I was being “negative”. It’s just a fact. Another fact is that Vesey brings nothing to this team and Rempe’s energy could’ve helped here.
