I mean I get were they are both coming from, but have to put the best lineup as possible. Only way to beat FL is quick passes and quick skating. Rempe isn't really either of those.

I'm way more concerned with Fox. I'm gonna say it, but if he is gonna be a liability out there they have to scratch him. Looked like he was skating in glue last night

I find it kind of shocking they think a guy that plays 5 mins a night could make a difference at this point. Unless the big time players keep producing and the bottom 6 get on the score sheet it won't matter who the 12th forward is.

26-23 in shots. This wasn’t an offensive battle at all. Panthers scored one goal off a deflection. This game goes either way and this time panthers won.

As you mentioned, right now a core component of their success is completely hampered by something. If he is a liability it might be time to put someone out there who can actually skate.

Put Gustafsson with Lindgren and put Jones in the lineup if this is the version of Fox they are going to have right now.

Yeah, I mean im sure he (frank)ed his leg up again in that Washington series, but it looks like he is getting worse and worse. His edges are nonexistent. Cant move like when hes healthy

They need to just play him more than 5 minutes if they do. They could use some intimidation is the thing. They looked like they intimidated us for most of the game. They played a lot bigger than us.

I think in a few years we’ll be able to play this kind of game more with the Rempes, Roobrecks, Edstroms, etc…should they all make it in the league

No disagreement. It’s a nice story and he hopefully will have a decent career. But he is not the difference maker all have made him out to me and the refs have a target on him when he is on the ice

Excellent point Jan. I would have the same view if Rempe were an Islander. I'm more of a speed and skill fan. I'm pretty much done with fighting in the NHL. I feel for these players and their families when they stop playing and what can happen to fighters long term.
