Utah could really make some noise. Lindholm, Markstrom, Toffoli, Montour…….. lots of options moving forward.
- K-man25

I think Lindholm goes to Boston.
Markstrom to Toronto.
Toffoli is too slow and I hope the Canucks aren't considering him.
Montour?

Pretty sure he said during his press he was already allowed to skate again, he'll be fine by training camp.

Scary as clots are, they are excessively common with NHLers

He’s going where ever the Flames trade Marky to. Best buddies, wives are friends as well. Alvin just has to make a deal for Markstrom.

On Zadorov, he wants to be a top 4, he’s not signing a team friendly deal. Hes a god in Vancouver fans eyes, and should be paid like one.

Fans want Myers gone, yet he played an important role for the Canucks this playoffs. The coaching of Foote has really impacted his game. He’s going to get paid, 4-5 mil on a 4 year deal.

Alvin says he needs to find a new cheaper Joshua D. Lomberg is a UFA and would be a cheaper version. Anyone that hasn’t seen him play needs to watch the Panthers play tonight.

Milky is going to cost a high draft pick to get rid of, Canucks can’t afford to give up another. The farm is low on prospects, it needs to be restocked.

Someone suggested Woo as a replacement on the Canucks next year. I guess they haven’t watched him play. The guy is a permanent minor leaguer, never had a call up to the big club

- K-man25

I will start with Woo. He is no different than calling up Bains Karlsson Raty. The farm is not a place to be building for strength at this time. It is a place to cover your ass and assist the cap. Of course he is not better than Myers Hronek Cole. Is he like Juulsen? Maybe. He was Abby's best defender on games I watched. Canucks had a top five team last year not much use was needed from the farm and they also had players like Briesbois Freidman Irwin PDG Dries with previous NHL experience.

I didn't have a problem with the D last year and when I did it had more to do with the smaller guys being outmuscled. So moving on from Hronek for me is a no brainer. Myers had a bad start and benefitted from Zadorov. Go with size and toughness.

Use the LTIR to the max so when a player does get injured you are calling in a guy like Soucy to return and not a guy like Freidman.

I think our problem in the POs was scoring. Again, I am swinging big this summer and going after some home-grown talent like Reinhart long term, Dillon short term. Reinhart Petey and Likker. As much as I love Garland I would upgrade to SR.

Look to get some value players like Lomberg Duhamais Heinen Chatfield.

Been several high profile athletes over the years, Serena Williams, Chris Bosh and Steve Stamkos just to name a few.

Heavy exercise including shot blocking/hits that cause bruising combined with dehydration and prolonged lack of movement while on flights is the likely cause.
The incidence rate of blood clots in the NHL, with approximately one case almost every year, translates to about 1 in 700 or 800 players, significantly higher than the general population’s rate of roughly 1 in 10,000 for that age group.

Not sure how often you watched any Carolina games, but Chatfield gets pushed around quite easily.

Believe it or not I am replacing him for Hronek

He is much much cheaper and brings speed and getting the puck up the ice. That is why I listed him as a bargain player.

It's kind of sad how many medical conditions should have that disclaimer

I agree with what you are saying, I see very little difference between the play of Hronek and Chatfield, I would prefer to have a lineup with only the 1 small defender and fine with Juulsen at 7.

Just thinking back to when Chatfield played here before, I think you and I were the only ones who didn't mind him.

Sounds like Canucks are close on re-signing Myers, not so close on Joshua.

I had seen many comments over the last while about Petey for Tkchuck in here (wish list). I would go a different route.

Stutzle Sanderson Pinto Zub for Petey Hronek and Hoglander. Two centers and two top 4 D. Then I offer Petey money to Reinhart.

Trade Pod for Jeanot in TB.

It is not ideal nor horrible. Signing him takes a bit of pressure off an important part of the roster.

You referring to Myers or Joshua?

I like Myers, I also like what Joshua brought this year, he can be replaced by others, Myers not so easily.

Yeah I was talking about Myers three spots on the right side need to be filled. Sign him and you are down to two.
