I would like to see PA get creative with cap juggling this year. Pull a VGK TBL TML type cap.

Putting Soucey on LTIR for a long stretch of the year allows them to bring in (a B type Dman) Dman instead of calling from the farm and replacing injured players with Hirose and McWard type player. Sign Dillon put Soucey on LTIR when someone of the same value gets injured activate them until someone else goes down. You could do the same with Mikheyev and that frees up 8 mil.

Ohio has 12 million people in a state that's 220 miles wide and 220 miles long. It has a strong tradition of supporting sports, in particular the Ohio state buckeyes who also play in Columbus. BTW, Columbus is in the middle of the state so anyone can get there in 2 hours.


They've made the playoffs 6 times in their nearly 25 year existence, and have often been a bottom feeder. A little success would go a long way in that market.
