For me it was the cap issues with him not so much his play necessarily, and needing another player when Chytil went down. It’s all worked out it seems. We can kill guys all we want but coaches LOVE goodrow type guys and ultimately why they are “overpaid”, and fans can’t stand it.

I always liked the signing of Trocheck. I thought he was exactly the kind of meat and potatoes player we needed. However, I would have NEVER thought that he'd be this good.

Mika really makes me shake my head. He has no killer instinct. A guy with as good a shot as he possesses always looking to pass the puck. Never trying to shoot through a screen, doesnt make guys pay for blocking a shot. Every time he fake one times I want to throw something.

You guys never ever give Zib credit for his shut down role. Barkov hasn’t done poop either, why? Because of Zibanejad is on him like white on rice. It’s ridiculous he wasn’t in the Selke voting at all either. He is one of the more disrespected and under appreciated Rangers in my lifetime

Unfortunately, the little box with the numbers in it on the upper left hand corner of the screen determines the end of game results.

When one of your best shooters and scorers... chooses to hold the puck too long, look for pass first and not shoot. Its a problem.

Nobody here is taking anything away from him for his defensive skills. However when a guy, who only a year ago scored 39 goals, stops shooting it also affects the game.

It’s not all game. But yes he’s out there when Barkov is out there.
