40 point guy past two years. Raise that bar! Raise it, James.
- TheSabresTaco

Everyone wants to raise the Bar, kinda hard to lift it the way the Sabres have been.

Joe Marino strikes again.

Mangiapane on the second line? He doesn't produce enough.

And we're rolling the dice on Korczak playing in the top 4? πŸ˜‚ Good plan.

Joe Marino and his awful takes.

There's one thing for certain. Mangiapane is trending in the wrong direction. He'll fit right in.

I hope I am wrong and some players say YES! But Adams hasn't done anything the last couple Years to change many Players minds about the Sabres. Atleast try and make it look like you want to Win, and then we might have that chance with some.

Which way are we trending, exactly? Is he going to come in and fix our second line when he couldn't fix his own team's?

Not saying he *couldn't. Just saying, we need to make the playoffs. Don't you want a more "sure thing" in your top 4?

I don't know, he could blend very well or not. Just like anyone else brought in.

Fair point.

Does he check any boxes as far as becoming harder to play against? While watching these playoffs, does he fit the bill as far as getting us closer to looking like those playoff teams? Is he better suited to a third line role at this point?

Just lots of questions. He seemed to come out of nowhere, have that one amazing year (outlier) and then fall right back into that 15-17 goal guy. I need more from a second line winger.

Sounds like it’s right up Kevin Adams ally. a guy who has not been producing that they can probably buy low on and live on hopes and prayers.

Dallas Stars second line wingers had 22 and 29 goals.

And we're not the Panthers, who have made the playoffs 5 straight years. Hard to argue their depth chart.

If you're asking KA for a better wing/center than Henrique, Mangiapane or Laughton, you're probably asking for too much

I posted a story a couple days ago about the Eichel trade and what Calgary was supposedly offering. He was a player that was included in Calgary's deal. He is good in the corners and can drive play. The Article actually said the Sabres should have probably taken the Calgary deal with the way things have worked out.

I do like Tuch.

Zary had a pretty good rookie year. Almost...wait for it...Benson-like.
