wonder if Rempe could be had for 11OA.. I heard Kevyn is going to package Peterka and the 11th for Rempe and a 7th, which is a sick deal btw

Don’t think he gets moved but if he’s out there…

Give Ottawa a blank check

Quoting Jesse Courville-Lynch | 🏒 (@JCourvilleLynch)

Well, #GoSensGo Brady Tkachuk’s name is going around in trade talks, according to Jeremy Rutherford.

Buckle up.

Pretty sure there was a deal that fell through at the 2018 draft where the Sabres would send Ryan O’Reilly to Montreal for the 3rd overall pick and it fell through. The Sabres would’ve picked Tkachuk and Montreal decided to just pick…

Jesperi Kotkaniemi

@JoeMarinoBUF 11th, Quinn, and Savoie gets it done

Its easy to say he won't be traded but little bits of smoke keep leaking out around this

If he does get traded anywhere but the sabres adams should be fired the minute the trade call happens

Would you do it if it was a bit tougher, say '24-11thOA, Dylan Cozens, Zach Benson

I doubt they give him away for that other return.
Somewhere in the middle?

I would hope not.

It would turn a position of strength into something of a black hole đź•ł in 12 months.

It would cost an Eichel like, if not greater return, and you're not getting elite production and performance after paying that trade price.

I wouldn't do it with what Ottawa would ask for in return.

I'd call every day to see if they lower their ask, but I'm guessing that's as far as things would go.

Is that the division tax deal?

There is no looming surgery but Eichel was traded for less and is still a more desirable player at a more desirable position

Brandon Halverson outplayed him in game 5

yeah I had to look him up as well

- homiedclown

And the team in front of Levi was outplayed 90% of the series.

That’s not really all that much

Tuch wasn’t Tuch at the time of the trade.

2025 first + a good prospect like Kulich and a roster player like Quinn

I love Quinn but health is a giant ? And you know what you’re getting in Brady

Asking as an outsider. What are the thoughts on Skinner? Is there a consensus to move him or buy him out and use his cap space to fill in some gaps?

I know he has a NMC so trading him is easier said than done. Is he considered a cap dump and if so what does Buffalo have to throw in to move him?

I think 97% of us would move him at this point.

Love the guy but now is the time to move on.

He’d be great with Bedard but I’d imagine he wants playoffs

I think if we retained 2 mil per

a third round pick would be compensation needed

He's still a useful player but the 9M cap will be a hinderance potentially as soon as this summer, but most likely by next summer. The minutes they want him to play can't equate to the massive cap hit he provides. If the Sabres hold 2 or 3M and ask for a mid round pick in return, or a 1 year cap dump, I think it would be a good trade for them.

roughly same shots per game as during the regular season for him in rochester

stop with the excuses, as it is a result oriented sport

That's a good question and one that gets ducked around here. It may cost something to move him, but there's hope that enough retention will eliminate it. Even if that's true, they might prefer to pay something than retain any more than they have to.

11 is a lot to pay, but it wouldn't be a shock if a 2nd or prospect(s) were included in a deal.

7 first round picks between 22 and 24 and bedard being one of them

hawks could be back in the playoffs before the sabres
