I was going to bring this up but you beat me to it:

Goodrow is outscoring McDavid in these playoffs! Read it again:

Motherfukin Barkley Goodrow is outscoring Connor McDavid!
What kind of odds would you have gotten on that a month ago?

- TommyGTrain

Ummmm......

So, McDavid isn't getting credit for assists anymore? Or, does he just get 1 in the stat column for every 25 on the game sheets?

Personally the only bone I have to pick with these two overtime goals this weekend is that both times I had to sweat it out a bit to see if they were gonna review them

You are going crazy and then the camera flashes to that smug Paul Maurice looking at his iPad and you are like oh no

I love it. Call it whatever the fuck you want. Lucky, opportunistic, i couldn’t care less. A wins a win and that’s all that matters in late May. Steal them when you can. Never apologizing for having the best goalie in the league. Grind it out hockey… by any means necessary. Lets go steal another Tuesday

I don't think Rempe plays game 4, since he only had 4:02 of ice time in a game that went to OT. So I guess that means either Wheeler is in, or we play 7 DMen, which I think is a better idea until they can figure out how to clear the zone.

I disagree. I actually thought Rempe was fine in his limited minutes. With Florida having last change, I think Laviolette was playing the more experience guys. The other option is Brodzinski. I just don't see Laviolette change the line up now.

It also doesn’t help they played an overtime game late Friday night, had to travel then play an afternoon game about 36 hours later. Might have had something to do with looking gassed a bit late in that game

I’m serious and I know I’ll get laughed at lol but I’d even dress 8 D, jones and Ruhwedel pair for 7-8 minutes. If some forwards are only playing 4-5-6 minutes, are those minutes better utilized on D? Yesterday the other forwards all played 10 at least except rempe so this doenst hold water as much, but it’s something to consider. Because I think this is ultimately the problem we’re facing, the D is under siege all game long. Go with 10 forwards and 8 D. You could even give jones a look on the PP. It’s hard to see this happening tho

I’m worried these D will be in the ER by game 6-7

I think he has a better chance of growing a mullet by Tuesday rather than play Tuesday

We'll see what Lav goes with. Whatever that is, He knows what he is doing. I think this was the first road playoff game Rempe has played, and the team needs more than 4 mins from a heathy forward on the bench.

Rempe is fairness was key on the 1st goodrow goal standing near the crease causing some chaos. It’s a catch 22 with him, weighing the pros and cons

amazing how after all of that, a faceoff win and a complete brain fart by rodriguez leaves wennberg all alone in front for the tip.

Terrible clears, horrible transition through the neutral zone continues to plague this team. Just blows my mind. Before the start of the 3rd period, I felt like they should not let up, continue to play the body and push out. They did the exact opposite. We were lucky to come away with a W here.

This is a great line from the Sportsnet recap:
“The Rangers are the pasty Fort Lauderdale tourist who lathers himself in olive oil, splays out on the beach and somehow escapes without a sunburn.”

Did you take a minute to enjoy the win or no?

Rangers are very sorry they won, I think they’re sending emails out
