i had to!

although at one point when i put in a complaint with the department of insurance (that was really to get them to look into what caused all the delays that had me burning through the funds) they found out that state farm told me i was out of temporary housing money when i wasn't and they had to send me $1700 more dollars.

needless to say jake from state farm will get his walking papers soon. i will call the little gecko for my insurance needs going forward.
