Hey Lads, I saw IncarcertatecdBob's tweet about a Sabres move so I thought that I would check in. Any roomers that have been shared in the last few weeks that I have missed?

IMO yes, too aggressive on signing players long term. This entire roster remains a ? and soon they will be a cap team w/o any indication if these guys can handle the playoffs, individually and as a team.

They also all seem to love one style of player, which to me, shows signs of a group of yes men.

I've got roster concerns, but if I focus on their long term contracts, I don't have a problem. Not convinced building around LD works, but that's the way the lottery landed. The other long term deals are a 1 and 2 C.

Just how I see it today. If they sign a big early extension this summer, I'll change my opinion. If they are a bit more conservative, I'll continue to think Ventura is at the core of these decisions.

I don't know about that - the guy is really plugged in to a lot of sports. He has gotten a lot of stuff right in the past.
