Agree that the Sabres current management would want a short term, 1 maybe 2 years max while giving Krebs more time to see what he is, and allowing room for Ostlund to make the jump to the NHL.

pretty much slightly above average for a 4th line center and only just turned 23

I have no issues with krebs for the fall but if he hopes to be more than a 4th liner, he needs to step it up a tad

Gaustad had a lengthy career with those numbers and I doubt Krebs would have skated away from Lucis, unlike Goose

I think Lindy and skinner aren’t going to coexist, and it could become a problem.

I like skinner for the most part, but there’s something about his game that doesn’t feel like a Lindy “type” player.

Krebs also 5%ish chance of being moved imo

au contraire, Lindy needs his new Afinogenov and Skinner is perfect for 13 minutes of ice-time and 5 minutes of being screamed at for doing that same play where he wraps around the net 40 feet beyond his teammates and whips the puck out front to the other team just as they're breaking up the ice and our defense is flat-footed.
