2. Interfering with elections is that another NY law.

3. Given the bolding of 1 and 2, it is exceedingly unlikely the Supreme Court would step in. They lack jurisdiction.

I love when you tell other sthey know nothing about something while showing that you know nothing about it.

They know his felony conviction will be overturned or at worst severely reduced on appeal. They just wanted to be able to run against him calling him "convicted felon". It was all politics and most people see right through it.
