Well true to their casino roots, Vegas makes big risky deals. Still if, I had to bet money one way of the other I'd take Marner starting the season in TO. But I would view that bet as a coin flip at best.

So Knies and Cowan are both the real NHL top 6 deal, I need Kool Aid on that front. The one time I find myself on here downplaying for a change is on the topic of Leafs prospects and rookies. I'd say this board generally feels more upbeat than I am about Knies, Cowan, Woll and who is the D prospect that some people like?
