Better than another Canadian team winning it. Face the truth. If Edmonton wins it and one of us try to congratulate them their fanbase would mock us.

I’ll also take a couple guys that play dirty and get away with it on the leafs, they know where the line is drawn and it’s what works in today’s league.

There was always a poster here that wanted to trade for Bennett years ago when he wasn’t succeeding in Calgary…. I can’t remember who though. For some reason UG is sticking out. Anyone else remember that or am I going delusional.

The cup bloody well sits in Toronto all year long every year… no Canadian team will ever like Toronto fans. Any team from the US, even (frank)ing Boston fans would be thankful of a congrats from a leafs fan… no Canadian team tho, even Winnipeg lol.

The Corey Perry curse appears to be poised to live on.

Oilers need a Matthews type player to bring a team back from a 4-1 deficit. He did it with 12 mins left in the 3rd period though. Still lots of time for oilers to find that Matthews.
