I think ruff is going to be a welcomed upgrade but the way they've been trotting him about is a bit disingenuous. Adams is equally responsible for last season as granato unless he wasn't allowed to fire the coach. Not cleaning house on the coaching staff is suspect at best, again looking at you pegula?

If adams swings and misses or doesn't swing at all and ruff can't cure the roster himself pegula will have nowhere else to go and the seats will be empty fast
