If they pick at 11, they'll certainly be hoping for more. That's just the way the draft works. They see potential and had him ranked higher. We hear that every year.

High risk isn't what KA does. He just wants a sustainable, decent team.

I'm fine with keeping Krebs. Can't imagine he has much trade value, anyway.

There are enough bottom 3 guys out there that hit and forecheck like demons. Go get two animals to play on your fourth line w Krebs.

I've heard they're keeping Greenway. Not a fan. If he's on your third line, they better get a helluva player to center him and Benson.

I would submitt the exact position isn't as important as the production...55 - 70 pts and decent 2 way game.

If JJP at 1LW grew his game into 65-70 point from 50, and Benson hit 45 -55 at 2LW, while Adams got a 45pt 3C and a 55-60Pt 2RW would that not be significant upgrades in the Top 6?

IMO you are more likely to see that than him signing in a 70 - 80pt Top 6 F...unless he signs Kane, which I am 110% on board with.

So far, he should have been taken 2-OA.

He needs to play with 2 guys who can play a high puck pressure game so that line can create turnovers in the dirty areas...very much like the Panthers play. He's good in those areas.
