Why would Dowd need to be a 3C, put him at 4C and still go get a 3C, he's only making 1.3mill this year.

If you want a “rumor” that I haven’t been able to 100% confirm since it’s fun season…I won’t be specific so I don’t get yelled at but id keep an eye on the Sabres and Caps over the next few weeks.
