One was only underpaid the final two years of his deal.
His actual per year contract was 7.4 per, the cap was only 6.9 cause he held out.
So he really wasnt "underpaid". - Fakepartofme
I think the 1yr/6 year of contract after he held out, his cap hit cap hit was like 10M or around that number ish. |

Canada still rated a top country in the world for so many categories the past 8 years.
Then there is the grifter Pierre, all downhill from here.

Oh they do, and there's little doubt the next government will be a Conservative one.
It's the circle of politics. We're all always so sure that the current guy sucks and the next guy will be better - but it's all the same crap from a different angle.
Whether it's 4 or 8 years later, we'll all hate Polivere as much or more than we all hate Trudeau now and then it'll be the next person's turn.
I can't really think of any Canadian leader in my life who's done much of anything to make any real impactful change on any meaningful front.
I've said before that it's not necessarily for the worst in Canadian politics - the Conservatives will always favour the wealthy and businesses - and they do need their turn at being favoured - and the Liberals will try and do as little as possible and hope to skate by on it - and in the middle the Conservatives or the Liberals will get in bed with the NDP when it helps them stay in power - and social programs are born. I mean that's a pretty simplistic view of it, but it sort of states how I've always felt poop gets done around here.

Just be glad you don’t work in my industry
The most highly regulated and sustainable farming taking place in the world, with multiple 3rd party certifications and low carbon footprint.
Now, we are being shut down by “ environmental activists “ who were funded by globalists like the Rockefeller group (600k) to smear campaign the BC industry. Make no mistake, this is not about science but instead a sad attempt to sway extra votes from the NDP and Green supporters.
Anyhoo, almost quitting time
🍺 awaits |

Canada has the most regulated and environmentally friendly oil and gas industries in the world. We should be promoting it, not destroying it. The countries picking up our slack dont give a poop at all. Its insane to me. At least short term until nuclear becomes a thing again |
